Important details on admission for tomorrow’s basketball games: The Varsity boys game vs MFL is a regular season game and activity passes will be accepted. The Varsity girls game vs Starmont is a postseason game and we are not allowed to accept activity passes. All spectators will be required to leave the gym after the boys game and renter for the girls postseason game.
Admission to the boys regular season game will be $5 adults/$4 students.
Admission to the girls postseason game will be $6 for Kindergarten-Adults.
Central Community, we are looking for a picture of the 1969 Girls State Champion Softball Team. Please contact the district office if you have one.
The girls regional basketball game that was scheduled for tonight will be played tomorrow night (February 8th) at 7:00 PM. The JV/V boys basketball game that is scheduled for Friday night will now be a varsity game only starting at 4:30 PM.

Carnival Time
In honor of American Heart Month the K-6 students are beginning their Jump Rope for Heart Fundraiser! Students are raising money for the American Heart Association until February 21st! Our goal this year is to raise $4,000! If you have any questions or would like to help us reach our goal please contact Mrs. Burkle!
Students is Ms. Gritzner’s Global Science Class are now collecting all types of markers for recycling. Markers can be placed in the marker shaped collection bins located around the school. If any community groups would like to collect markers we can get you a bin.
The 5-12 Band would like to say “thank you!” for the new baritones and tuba. The school, Fine Arts Boosters, and community worked together as a team to make this happen!

In order to allow our 8th graders that play JH basketball an opportunity to participate in an FFA contests on the 19th we will start at 4:00 and the 8th grade game will be played first, 7th grade second at Clayton Ridge.

Abby from Osborne came to talk to the 5th graders today about animal tracks. They made plaster of paris tracks and passed around various animal pelts.
