Pampered Chef Fundraiser kickoff! The Family and Consumer Sciences fundraiser supports the purchase of supplies and equipment. Students will have catalogs but orders can also be placed online at https://www.pamperedchef.com/party/centralcommunity. Orders are due on October 22.

Grandparents Day at Central!

The Jesup Cross Country meet that was scheduled for tomorrow, October 1st has been moved to Thursday, October 3rd due to weather. Location and start times will remain the same. If you have any questions, please call 245-1750.
Thanks to the Clayton County Visiting Nurse Association for working with the school nurse to gift 45 grant-funded "Stop the Bleed Kits"! Each classroom at Central received a "Stop the Bleed Kit" once the Stop the Bleed staff training was completed on Friday.

Central Staff participate in Stop the Bleed training, a program that teaches individuals how to stop bleeding in life-threatening events. Thanks to our local MercyOne staff for joining the school nurse as facilitators in this event on this past Friday!

Clayton County BEST students tour Fassbinder Apiaries to learn more about raising bees as they explore the idea of starting a bee hive. Thank you to Kathy Fassbinder for her time and knowledge.

Central youth are playing under the lights tonight! Throughout their season they have learned a lot of fundamental skills that are preparing them for their future on the junior high, and then varsity, teams.
